Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of justpasteAi, including the website, blog, guide library, account system, checkout flow, profile area, and AI System Builder.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What the Service Includes
The current service includes:
- Public landing pages, blog posts, and legal pages
- Account creation and login
- A protected library of free and Pro guides
- Paid upgrades through Stripe
- A Pro AI System Builder that saves your progress and can generate personalized instructions and prompts
justpasteAi is an independent product. References to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Stripe, Supabase, or Anthropic do not mean those companies operate or endorse justpasteAi.
2. Accounts
Some parts of the service require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if your use violates these Terms or harms the service or other users.
3. Plans, Billing, and Refunds
3.1 Current plans
The app currently offers:
- A free tier with limited guide access
- A Pro Monthly plan billed on a recurring basis
- A Pro Lifetime plan billed once for ongoing access
3.2 Billing
Paid purchases are processed by Stripe. For recurring plans, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, not immediately.
If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. You will keep access to Pro features until that billing period ends.
The current app experience may block certain conflicting purchases, such as attempting to buy lifetime access while an active monthly subscription still needs to be canceled first.
3.3 Refunds
justpasteAi currently advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid products. If you want a refund for an initial paid purchase, contact us within 30 days of the charge at legal@justpasteai.com.
Unless required by law, we do not promise prorated refunds for partial billing periods, and renewal-related refund requests may be handled differently from first-time purchases.
3.4 Price changes
We may change pricing, features, or plan structure in the future. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
4. License and Ownership
The site content, including copy, design, guides, blog posts, templates, builder structure, and branding, belongs to justpasteAi or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal use or internal business use. You may not resell, republish, sublicense, scrape, or redistribute the service or its content as a competing product or content library.
5. Your Inputs and Saved Data
You retain whatever rights you have in the information you provide to the builder, such as role details, writing preferences, and workflow inputs.
You give us a limited right to store, process, and transmit that information as necessary to operate the service, including saving drafts, restoring your builder state, and sending generation requests to Anthropic when you use the Pro builder.
6. AI-Generated Outputs
The builder output is generated with a third-party AI model. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any output before relying on it.
We do not guarantee that generated outputs are unique, error-free, non-infringing, or fit for any legal, financial, employment, or other sensitive use.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape, mirror, resell, or mass-republish our content
- Use the service to create unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing material
8. Third-Party Services
The app relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, and Anthropic. Their availability, pricing, policies, and behavior may affect how the service works. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those third parties.
9. No Guarantee of Results
justpasteAi provides educational content, workflow templates, and software features. We do not guarantee any specific productivity, career, business, audience, revenue, or time-saving outcome from using the service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, justpasteAi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination and Account Deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. The app currently also allows you to delete your account from the account page.
If you delete your account while you have an active monthly subscription, the current implementation attempts to cancel that subscription and remove your saved app data. Some payment and billing records may still be retained by Stripe or as otherwise required by law.
If you had a lifetime (or other one-time Pro) purchase and you delete your account, we do not guarantee that a new account created later with the same email address will restore your previous Pro or lifetime status. You may need to purchase a subscription or other plan available at that time.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page.
